Most people love brownies. Well, if we love them so much, we should make them ourselves and it is completely worth it!
- 113 grams or 1 1/2 cup of butter.
- 150 grams or 5 ounces of chocolate (baking chocolate is optional)
: Boil water on a saucepan and place a glass bowl on top. Break the chocolate pieces into small pieces and cut the butter into small pieces as well. Put the chocolate and pan in the glass bowl. After that let the chocolate and butter fully melt while you mix the ingredients in ANOTHER BOWL.
- put these ingredients into the other bowl:
- 3/4 cup of flour.
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 cup of sugar.
- 3 large room temperature eggs.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (not necessary but preferably)
: Add all ingredients together including the melted butter and chocolate. Mix them all properly and put them in a baking tray that has baking sheet and a bit of spread butter on it so the cake will not stick to the baking tray. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius. Once out of the oven place the brownie on a clean, flat and heatproof surface. Wait till the brownie is fully cooled and then comes the best part about baking, enjoying the eating process!!!
